Quality is everything

The Quality Control System (QCS) of BPWork.com consists of several components. At the highest level are the quality policy and our quality manual, supported by a set of Quality Control (QC) methodologies.

These methodologies are supported by a well-defined organizational structure for supporting and enabling QC. The QC manual consisting of a set of standards and procedures, which are continually reviewed and improved throughout project's life cycle. Our process database provides a centralized resource for various processes and project documents followed in the organization. The whole system is regularly monitored / audited and the process and product quality is measured.

Our QC system

We believe that project deliverables are not dependent only on the execution and the delivery teams. Other teams play equally important role and therefore process approach is desirable.

Our QC system addresses all the business processes and work teams with a specific focus on execution and delivery. The completed project create a rich repository in the form of process database for sharing the lessons learnt and best practices for future projects.

Every employee has to undergo quality related trainings and adopt the processes. Training is provided on awareness of over all QC system and the roles an employee is going to play.

Continuous process improvement is our way of life. The users participation in process improvement by suggestions makes our employees own the processes.
